Children's Classes

Learning to sew can be fun, and your child can learn! Sewing encourages independence and self esteem. Sewing also helps develop patience and perseverance, enhances problem solving and other important life skills.

Students experience a sense of accomplishment with each completed project. Classes are kept small, with no more than 3 or 4 students, or individual private lessons can also be arranged. We start with simple projects, easy for small hands to complete in one or two lessons, building skills and knowledge that will allow the student to advance at her/his own pace.

Current Class Schedule

Several classes will be offered for Fall/Winter. Saturday morning classes for children and preteens, both beginning and continuing students, and youth/preteen class on Wednesdays. Refer to our Class Schedule and Registration page for details.

Contact us if you're interested in classes at a different time or level, and keep an eye on this page for changes.
